We publish two seasons a year, with eight guests planned for our next season. Each conversation begins with careful research and a reason to bring that person to the table.
What makes a conversation worth having?
A decision with consequences. An accomplishment years in the making. An experience that changed how someone leads.
We welcome introductions to founders, investors and leaders with something specific to share: what they have achieved, how they got there, and what experience has taught them.
You can introduce yourself or someone you represent.
A conversation that lasts.
The interview is the starting point. Each published guest has a dedicated page bringing together their conversation, background and key ideas — giving readers a place to discover their work and return to it.

What to expect
Consideration. We review introductions against the editorial direction of the upcoming season. Selection considers the person's experience, the substance of their story and the perspectives already represented.
Preparation. If there is a fit, we share the next steps and recording details. Research shapes a conversation specific to the guest and their work. Recording is in person, in a Montreal studio, and runs 45 to 60 minutes; the date, the time and the address are agreed with you by email beforehand.
Publication. The conversation becomes part of The Vault MTL's published collection, with a page of its own: the story behind the work, the questions people ask, and where each figure comes from.
